To advance CIA’s mission for the Black Business Advancement Program, we are taking steps to increase our ability to respond to the unmet needs of Black women in the Western Canada region by inviting corporate sponsors, community organizations and stakeholders from public as well as private sector institutions.
Canadian Imperial Advantage (CIA) is a non-profit organization that focuses on bridging social capital and economic growth for businesses particularly start-ups, through entrepreneurship support programs developed for under-served and racialized communities. Over the years, we have fostered an inclusive business advancement framework that helps entrepreneurs increase productivity and efficiency through professional trainings, high-impact mentoring, capacity building, and socio-economic empowerment.
