What this program is

One program, four kinds of support that work together

Money, work, and housing are connected. A job is hard to keep without stable housing, and housing is hard to keep without steady income. Pathways brings these supports together so you are not sent from office to office. You register once, we learn what you need, and we connect you to the right support, or to more than one.

Everything is delivered by a Black-led team and shaped by the communities we serve. Services are practical, respectful, and built around your goals.
