A Financial Analyst, a Fellow Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Business Professional with proven abilities in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Infrastructure, Enterprise Application, Process Integration/Management and Change Management. Popoola has worked with few banks around the World; Citibank, Barclays Bank, Canadian Western Bank and ATB Financial. He also worked with Glasgow Housing Corporation (the largest housing company in Europe).

Popoola is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a member of the ACCA, educated in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He holds a BA Degree in Banking, Insurance & Risk Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Master Degree in Accounting from Glasgow Caledonian University, both in the United Kingdom.

A seasoned consultant with high level of professionalism and an astute advocate for community development. He was honored with a State Merit Award in Abia State (Nigeria) as the ‘Best Corper’ during his National Assignment (NYSC) in 2000/01.

Dr. Victor A Oluwi

Director of Educational Research, Training, & Capacity Development

Victor holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) – with special reference in International Business from Walden University, Minneapolis, United States. He bagged a double Masters degrees in Economics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the prestigious Michael Smurfits Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, Ireland respectively. He also obtained a Diploma in Business and Industrial Law (DBIL) from the University of Lagos.

With over two decades of experience, Victor’s management career path transversed the manufacturing, communications, electronics, automobile, and presently, the management consulting, advisory, training, and coaching industries, experiences acquired over the years are now being transferred and shared in university classrooms and in corporate boardrooms through lectures, management trainings, and coaching/handholding.

Omogbai Ahonsi

Operations Manager

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University in Nigeria (2009); continued with further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Public Health from the University of Salford in England (2012). In order to gain practical, ethical and social tools to solve problems, manage conflict and promote growth, Omogbai received a Master of Education degree in Educational leadership from Vancouver Island University in British Columbia (2017).

He tends to visualize a positive future while looking out for barriers. By integrating his passion for education and research, it is his set mission to promote social good in the community.

Selena McConnell

Executive Director

She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. Selena completed an independent study with the University of Calgary, Red Deer College and the Red Deer RCMP focusing on Crime reduction and addiction in Central Alberta.

Selena has a strong passion for research and innovations that have inspired her to allow individuals to pursue their dreams in what makes them happy and successful in their daily lives, community, and nation.

Ayo Oladimeji

Executive Director

A Professional Engineer; He holds a PMP certification as well as an MBA. Ayo has substantial project management experience; rose up the ranks working with Canadian and international companies (Halliburton, ATCO, just to mention a few) on several multi-million-dollar projects.

He is a seasoned community developer with skills such as; community organizing, community analysis, community planning, facilitating discussions, promotion of economic development, communication systems planning, humanitarian, social service planning and organization.
